We are looking for an effective Wholesale supervisor to directly manage HORECA channel by ensuring client onboarding, price negotiations, and overall fulfillment of orders.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all wholesale processes are running smoothly and promptly.ResponsibilitiesStrategically manage wholesale channel in compliance with company’s policies and visionDefine processes for evolution of the wholesale channel within the organizationSetup clientele categories to better service the client needsEstablish growth markets and support in route to market definitionEnsure sales and margin targets are met weeklyWork closely with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment accuracyEnsure system requirements are met by following the existing protocols are followedInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesProduce reports and statistics regularly (as required)Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in wholesale/key accounts – especially FMCGProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of HORECA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Especailly Excel)Leadership skills and ability manage staffStrong decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsBS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
