Role Summary: Responsible for controlling assets in coordination with the company´s Head of Legal.Responsible for all rental contracts. This includes controlling all real estate and leases contracts in coordination with Finance department.You are expected to review, supervise and elaborate contracts, legal documents and various deeds.You are to provide legal analysis and consulting over company’s existing projects.You will be responsible for proposing and implement procedures and corrective measures, aiming at compliance with the legislation in force, as well as representing the organization in legal and judicial acts when needed.Responsible for all certificates of good stand.You are expected to provide validation of all services contracts.Responsible for brands registration and control in coordination with Marketing.Tax control/AGT relationship in coordination with Finance Department. Technical Competencies: Graduate degree in Law. Postgraduation will be a plus.Minimum 10 years’ experience.Must have experience in Angolan Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Real Estate, Consumer Law & Tax and Customs.Registered Lawyer with the Angolan Bar Association. (Mandatory).Native Portuguese & fully fluent in English (verbal & written). French will be a plus.
