Our client is a multinational company in the manufacturing sector and is looking for a: General Manager (m/f)Masters or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, engineering and industrial technology related fields.More than 10 years proven management level experience positions in the diaper, tissue, sanitary, napkins, and other paper converting product related production fields.Proven Managerial (as manager) work experience in Baby Diaper Factory and Tissue production (Paper Converting Factory) and manufacturing processes and techniques;Adequate knowledge of Baby diaper, toilet tissues, napkin, towel, and other related products raw materials sourcing and inventory management;Proven knowledge of health & safety, compliance, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes, in the industry;Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, finance, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)Knowledge of process improvement techniques, engineering and technology principles and practices, machines and tools;Knowledge of development of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and their implementation for Improvement;High level written and spoken communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal relationship, team building, decision making and employee coaching and development skills.General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations.Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
